Postage and Packing

Our postage is FREE and usually with a Royal Mail 48 hour service. If the item is large or heavy we may send with a courier, either DPD or UPS.  Delivery is typically within 4 working days.  All items will be posted within 1 working day.

If you need the product faster then we have a 24 hour tracked Royal Mail service available for a small fee.  Please contact us if you'd like to fast-track your order. Delivery is typically with 2 working days. All items will be posted within 1 working day.

For international orders please message us first.

We try and protect the environment by using the minimum possible packing while still protecting the product.  We also may use reused cardboard boxes.

Returns

You can return products up to 30 days after purchase for any reason as long as they are in sellable condition.  The buyer should pay returns postage.
